This website has been developed for use by customers and intended customers. Product Orders

showroom.moeva.com assumes all sales are made to persons over the age of 18. If you are under 18, you need to have the involvement of a parent or guardian. It is agreed at the time you place an order you intend to enter into a contract with Doro Design Trading B.V. Orders may be placed in English via moeva.com. You must provide a valid email address to which required information, and information concerning the order will be sent. 

MOEVA reserves the right to modify the limits for the quantity and/or types of products that may be purchased via distance sales, at any time. You are responsible for selecting the articles of your interest. The shopping bag and the payment summary are sent to you following completion of the purchase include a description of the products ordered, including measurements and sizes (where applicable), and a digital photograph allowing a correct representation of the products available on moeva.com.

Pricing Policy

The default currency of moeva.com is EUR. However, you can select and complete your payment in your local currency and the prices will be subject to change based on the exchange rates applicable at the date of payment.

The price of each product on moeva.com does not include VAT and is displayed before the completion of the order.

Colors

Although MOEVA takes all appropriate measures to ensure the products shown on moeva.com faithfully represent the original products, certain variations are possible due to your computer's technical characteristics and color resolution. Consequently, MOEVA does not guarantee the graphic representation of any monitor’s display will be accurate.

Correction of Errors & Inaccuracies

MOEVA endeavors to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on moeva.com at all times. However, all the information is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. 

If any product on moeva.com is listed at an incorrect price or information due to typographical errors or inaccuracies, MOEVA reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). MOEVA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price.

Conditions of Payment

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to the website is secured using SSL, a security certificate protecting data as it travels over the Internet. At this stage, we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the payment options section of the site.

Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by following the procedures indicated during checkout. The price for the purchase of products and the corresponding shipping costs, as indicated in the purchase summary, will be charged to your current account at the moment of the purchase. 

MOEVA is responsible for securely storing and automatically processing order data including credit card information. For payment, you must confirm on moeva.com that you are the cardholder and that the name indicated on the credit card is yours, providing the credit card number, expiration date, and security code indicated on the card. Upon completing the order, your bank may request confirmation of the data entered and that the credit card used has not been reported lost or stolen. This authorization is not a debit. If for any reason, the amounts due cannot be debited, the sale won’t be completed.

Wholesale Return, Exchange, and Delivery Policy:

Refund Policy

Due to our company policy, refunds are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. While all swimwear items undergo through quality checks before dispatch, in the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately after the PO has been received sales@moeva.com. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We will provide further assistance and details on how to proceed with obtaining a replacement for the same item. We will guide you through the process.

Delivery

All delivery costs, including shipping and handling, are the responsibility of the receiver. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of goods. If you do not have a delivery account or need assistance with arranging transportation, our team can obtain a quotation for you. We are here to help ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. Local Taxes and Duties: All orders are processed under Ex Works (EXW) terms. Each party is responsible for covering their own local taxes and duties. This includes any import/export duties, VAT, or other related charges in their respective countries.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

We can apply Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing for your orders. This means Moeva will handle all logistics, customs clearance, and related costs to ensure the goods are delivered directly to your specified location without any additional charges on your end. Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at sales@moeva.com.Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Defective or Damaged Items

While all swimwear items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch, in the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sales@moeva.com. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We will provide further assistance and details on how to proceed with obtaining a replacement for the same item.

Returns and Exchanges for Other Apparel (RTW Dresses, Pants, etc.)

For our ready-to-wear collection, including dresses, pants, and other non-swimwear items, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and hygienic liners intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@moeva.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Important Notes

Please be mindful of makeup, deodorant, or other marks on merchandise when trying on items. Items returned with such marks or damages will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
